This hunting lease is leased and not available. 58 acres in Fond du lac County. This is an all species hunting lease. The property is comprised of some marshy area, thick fence rows, crop ground, and a small creek running through it. Lots of deer sign was present during my inspection. This included lots of tracks, heavy trails, some rubs and beds. The landowner told me that he see's ducks and geese on the property as well. Row crops are the norm on the property. The aerials show a thick fence row on the south property line, but this has been removed. Respectful use of ATVs is allowed for hunting related purposes only when weather and ground conditions permit. Respect all boundaries. The landowner would like contact from the hunters initially.
